Castelli Crash Replacement

Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us!

We are happy to offer our Crash Replacement service as a small gesture to help you get back on the road when things don't go to plan.
Contact us using the "CONTACT US" form with details and photos of your damaged kit, including your original receipt., and we'll provide you with a 40% discount on a replacement product*.

Conditions apply:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided. Receipt or order confirmation from a Castelli authorized retailer.
  • The crash replacement program covers items purchased in the last two years, damaged in a crash. This program does not cover regular wear and tear.
  • The discount provided may be used to replace the damaged item from the same product group and can only be redeemed on full-priced products.

You can compare a maximum of 5 items at once. Please Remove at least one product before adding a new one.
