Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order (size or colour), please contact us at service@castelli-cycling.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted.

Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to Castelli’s Online Return Policy.

Can you ship different orders in the same shipping?

Unfortunately we can't ship different orders together. For internal management purposes, there must be at least one shipping for each order.

Where can I find notifications about my order?

All notifications related to your order are sent to the e-mail address you provided when creating an account or checking out as a guest. If you aren’t receiving them, be sure to check your SPAM folder.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all necessary details and the related tracking number, by way of which you will be able to track your shipment. If you didn't receive this email or if you are having problem with your tracking number, you can contact our Customer Service.

I have verified the shipment status and I am encountering issues, what am I supposed to do?

Should you encounter any issues with the shipment of your order, please contact our Customer Service asap, in order for them to proceed with all due verifications. If your order appears as delivered, yet you haven't received it, please contact our Customer Service.

It will be up to our Customer Service to proceed with all due verifications with our couriers. We kindly inform you that all investigating procedures with the couriers might take a few weeks.

Do you offer gift cards and gift vouchers?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer Castelli gift cards and gift vouchers for our online store.

You can compare a maximum of 5 items at once. Please Remove at least one product before adding a new one.
