Bought the Sorpasso bibtight in a sale and not disappointed. My first bibtights with a chamois in them and was dubious at first, but first ride was excellent. Super comfortable, but I went XXL when my shorts are normally XL. Length great too, even if I have short legs, but big thighs and calves, it fits well. Temperature range good from 0 to 12 degrees for me. I have used it in -1 to -2 degrees at a push, but at that temp I sue the Sorpasso Wind bib tights, but if you only have one pair, these will work down to zero, it depends on how much you feel the cold. I do when riding, so prefer something a bit warm when it gets around zero degrees. Ankle zippers also a first for me after having foot loops previously and I have to say, they are excellent and I don't notice them. Also gives the option of putting overshoes under the tights so the rain doesn't run down and into overshoes. I love the tights and an excellent investment for autumn spring and winters to come here in Belgium.

I couldn't be happier with the Sorpasso RoS tights. I live in eastern Canada, where winter riding gets VERY cold. My threshold for heading out is -15C, which I use the Polare 3 tights for. Above -10C, and especially when riding roads (instead of fatbike), I love the Sorpasso RoS, as it provides smooth range of movement and blood-flow, while protecting against wind and insulating well. I normally feel a little cold in the glute and back of thigh area for the first 10-15 minutes, then that resolves and I'm comfortable for the rest of the ride, which is generally 3+ hours. I appreciate the premium pad, as it is the same as the shorts I use in summer, ideal for long hours. It also manages moisture well. I tend to use fenders on the road in winter, which really helps the tights function at their peak. If you won't use fenders for wet riding, you might wish to try the Nano Flex Pro 2 tights, which are a little less insulating, but amplify spray protection. I will tend to wear the Sorpasso RoSs comfortably up to about 10C when it's humid out, then shift to Sorpasso RoS knickers or bib-short / leg warmer combinations. For reference, I'm 185cm tall, about 175lbs, and I'm at the upper edge of the fit range for the LARGE.
