You only need this jersey if you race or ride fast at club level. It is a very tight fit (and not flattering it you are holding any excess weight). However, the jersey is very fast. You can feel the difference. It will help you on the chain gang. It is expensive, but you can find offers. It is an excellent piece of kit. Sizing is key, this is meant to be tight. The castelli sizing guide is right. 178cm and 70-72kg - I wear medium.
