TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASTELLI & THAT TRIATHLON LIFE (TTL) WEEKEND ESCAPE SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES AND DETAILS
The "Castelli & TTL Weekend Escape" Sweepstakes begins on June 7, 2024, at 6:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST), ending at 10:00 pm PST on June 16, 2024.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
The Contest is administered by Castelli (MVC USA), located at 1040 NE 44th Ave Ste 1, Portland, OR 97213. Castelli is responsible for all aspects of this Contest.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open only to individuals over 21 years of age or older as of January 1, 2024, and who reside in the US. Corporations or other entities are not eligible to participate.
Employees and representatives of Castelli, as well as any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, please visit Sweepstakes registration page no later than 10:00 pm PST on June 16, 2024. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of e-mail address or phone number.
PRIZES:
Two (2) individual winners + 2 friends (1 friend per winner) will receive an exclusive, all-inclusive trip for 4 winners to train and hang out with Eric Lagerstrom and Paula Findlay in their own backyard in Bend, Oregon, August 23-25. Winners will receive:
Airfare
Shuttle to/from Bend airport
Lodging for the weekend
Bike rental
Food/drink
WINNER SELECTION:
(1) a. Two winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
b. The winners will be asked to identify a friend and provide email for friend for official notification.
c. The random draw will be conducted using an online platform.
d. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
(2) The Winners will be notified by e-mail and announced on Castelli Triathlon's and TTL’s Instagram pages on June 20, 2024.

By using this website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the https://www.castelli-cycling.com/US site.
All entries become the property of TTL and Castelli, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the stated maximum limit of entries by using multiple e-mail addresses, phone numbers, identities, or any other methods, or who they believe has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
The personal data supplied by the user through the use of the castelli-cycling.com/us website will be processed by the site owner, Castelli (MVC USA) with its registered office at 1040 NE 44th Ave Ste 1, Portland, OR 97213.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that:
(1) Castelli and That Triathlon Life shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) the winner's name on their Facebook and Instagram pages without further notice, permission, or compensation.
(2) Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of any Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in the advertising, Official Rules, and selection and announcement of the winner. Entrants further acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
(3) Castelli and That Triathlon Life reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry and to modify, terminate, or suspend this Contest.
