It's a cycling bra, not a sports bra. Not overly restrictive like a jogging bra, it's cool and offers just enough support for cycling.

I've been wearing these for the last few years now and they're fantastic. I have them in a size S and I'm a 30 or 32 D depending on the brand in British sizing. Outside of sport I don't wear bras anymore but I really don't mind wearing these at all, they fit so comfortably that you really do forget your wearing a bra at all. The support is not too much nor too little, the band is excellent, and maybe its only slight downside for me is that the shoulder straps are a bit too long but they are well elasticated. They last fairly well too, three pairs lasted me just over one year of riding around 12-15 hours a week with some trail running and hiking thrown in throughout the year (which they are also fantastic for) before they got a bit tired.
Worth every penny

Giving this a 10/10 in the hot. Soft cups, lots of ventilation, shoulder straps don’t dig in. No compression or uniboob, just keeps things in place. I sized up as I don’t like a tight chest band, and have a great fit.
